Ingredients
- 8 oz. kernel corn
- 8 oz. creamed corn
- 8 oz. box corn mix
- 1/4 lb. butter or margarine
- 2 eggs
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 6 to 8 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
Method
- Mix together first 6 ingredients.
- Pour into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
- Sprinkle grated Swiss cheese on top and bake 10 minutes more.
