Ingredients
- 1/2 head cauliflower, grated
- 2 to 3 tsp. chopped onion
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 2 tsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Method
- Bring cauliflower, onion and celery to a boil in 2 cups water. Simmer until tender.
- Mix together flour, milk, salt and butter. Stir into cauliflower.
- Simmer 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, stirring constantly, adding more milk if it is too thick.
- Garnish with parsley and paprika.
