Ingredients
- 10 Strawberries
- 4 tbsp White or Black Chocolate
- 5 tbsp Colored Sugar (blue is best when using white chocolate)
- 2 tsp Vegetable Oil
Method
- Wash the strawberries
- Add the vegetable oil to the chocolate and heat in the microwave from 20 to 30 seconds
- Using a fork, mix the chocolate well until you have a smooth melted chocolate
- Deep one strawberry at a time in the chocolate
- Wait some seconds for the chocolate to harden a little and the dip it in the colored sugar
- Repeat for all strawberries
