Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
- juice from beets
- 1 (8 oz.) can sliced beets
Method
- Blend cornstarch and sugar in saucepan.
- Add vinegar and beet juice and cook on moderate heat until it begins to thicken, stirring constantly.
- Add beets to sauce while shaking pan gently to prevent sticking.
- Yields 3 servings.
