Ingredients
- 2 c. cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. sweet butter
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Method
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream and sugar; mix well.
- Shape cream cheese mixture into little cakes.
- Dust with flour.
- Melt butter in a skillet.
- Saute cakes lightly on each side.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar.
