Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
  • 1/2 lb. Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. chicken broth or water

Method

  • Crumble 1/4 pound crackers and line bottom of 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
  • Melt margarine and pour over cracker crumbs. Place chicken over crumbs.
  • Mix soup, sour cream and chicken broth; pour over chicken.
  • Crumble remaining crackers and put on top of soup mixture.
  • Cook at 350° for 30 minutes.
