Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
- 1/2 lb. Ritz crackers
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1/2 c. chicken broth or water
Method
- Crumble 1/4 pound crackers and line bottom of 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
- Melt margarine and pour over cracker crumbs. Place chicken over crumbs.
- Mix soup, sour cream and chicken broth; pour over chicken.
- Crumble remaining crackers and put on top of soup mixture.
- Cook at 350° for 30 minutes.
