Ingredients
- 1 pkg. cranberries
- 3 c. sugar
- 3 medium size apples
- 1 orange
Method
- Wash berries, add sugar and apples (chopped).
- Cover well with water.
- Cook until begins to thicken.
- Add juice and grated rind of orange.
- If not thick enough when cool you may cook some more over low heat, stir occasionally.
- This will keep indefinitely in refrigerator.
