Ingredients
- 1 slice Bread
- 1 Egg
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 Glass or cup
Method
- Make a hole in the center of the breadslice with a glass or a cup
- Melt some butter in a skillet
- Add the toast
- Crack the egg in the hole of the bread
- Season with salt and pepper
- Heat till set, flip and do the same thing on the other side
- Serve hot
