Ingredients
- 1 orange
- 5 or 6 apples, unpeeled
- 1 (1 lb.) bag fresh cranberries, washed
- 2 c. sugar or less
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Quarter and seed orange and apples; drain.
- Coarsely grind cranberries, oranges and apples in a food grinder or blender.
- Add sugar, pineapple and pecans.
- Mix well.
- Refrigerate overnight. Yields 2 quarts.
- Enjoy your turkey.
