Ingredients
- 2 lb. hash browns, thawed
- 1 can cream of potato and celery soup
- 1 can milk
- 8 oz. sour cream
- salt and pepper
- 8 oz. grated sharp cheese
Method
- Combine all ingredients together except cheese.
- Spray a 9 x 13-inch glass dish with Pam and bake for 1 hour at 350°.
- Top with grated cheese and bake 30 minutes.
