Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 envelope plain gelatin, dissolved in 3 Tbsp. water
- 1 (6 or 7 oz.) can crabmeat, drained
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped onion
Method
- Heat soup.
- Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
- Add to soup.
- Add cream cheese and beat smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Pour into 5-cup mold.
- Refrigerate until firm.
- Serve with crackers.
