Ingredients
- 1 lb. crab meat
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 2 Tbsp. celery, chopped fine
- sprinkle of pepper
- 1 tsp. Old Bay seafood seasoning
- bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
Method
- Mix all together with enough crumbs to hold together.
- Shape into patties.
- Roll in extra crumbs and deep fry (moderate temperature) until light brown.
