Ingredients
- 1 jar Old English cheese spread
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 1/2 tsp. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- sprinkle of garlic salt
- minced onion to taste
- 1 can crabmeat or fresh crabmeat
- 6 English muffins
Method
- Combine butter, cheese, mayonnaise, garlic and seasoned salt. Add
- crabmeat
- and onion. Spread mixture
- on English muffin halves.
- Freeze until
- solid.
- Cut into
- pie shaped wedges. Each muffin half
- yields
- 8 small pieces.
- Heat under broiler until bubbly just before serving.
