Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped kalamata olives
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped sweet onion
  • 1 tablespoon BERTOLLI Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper

Method

  • Stir together chopped kalamata olives, chopped fresh parsley, finely chopped sweet onion, BERTOLLI Extra Virgin Olive Oil, fresh lemon juice, honey, and dried crushed red pepper in a small bowl. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
