Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped kalamata olives
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped sweet onion
- 1 tablespoon BERTOLLI Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
Method
- Stir together chopped kalamata olives, chopped fresh parsley, finely chopped sweet onion, BERTOLLI Extra Virgin Olive Oil, fresh lemon juice, honey, and dried crushed red pepper in a small bowl. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
