    (Chopped into small cubes.)
  • 200 grams Cherry tomatoes
    (Halved for more flavor.)
  • 1 tsp Cumin
    (Can substitute with coriander if desired.)
  • 1 tsp Salt
    (Adjust to taste.)
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
    (Freshly ground for best flavor.)
  • 2 tbsp Parsley
    (Chopped, for garnish.)

Instructions
