Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
- 1 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese
- 1 envelope Dream Whip
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Method
- In a
- small saucepan, heat pineapple until hot and stir in jello
- until it is completely dissolved.
- Pour into a large bowl. Let cool.
- Add cottage cheese and chill until partially congealed. Prepare Dream Whip.
- Fold prepared Dream Whip into jello mixture; stir in pecans.
- Pour into 2-quart dish.
- Chill until firm.
