Ingredients
- 1 can salmon
- 1 to 2 eggs
- flour
- oil
- meal
Method
- Take salmon and put into bowl, liquid and all.
- Add eggs and mix real good.
- Add enough flour to make stiff, but not too stiff. In a skillet, put a small amount of oil and sprinkle with a little meal.
- Put spoonful of salmon in skillet and cook until brown on one side.
- Turn and cook on other side until brown. Remove and eat.
