- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped cornichons
- 2 tablespoons chopped capers
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh tarragon
- 1 tablespoon whole-grain Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
Method
- Whisk together mayonnaise and oil in a medium bowl until well combined. Stir in cornichons and remaining ingredients; cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
