Ingredients
- 2 pkg. (small) lemon jello
- 1 c. salad dressing
- 4 small sweet pickles, chopped fine
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 can corned beef, forked into small pieces
- 1 1/2 c. boiling water
- 2 c. diced celery
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped
Method
- Dissolve gelatin in hot water and cool before adding other ingredients.
- Pour into 9 x 13-inch dish or mold and place in refrigerator until set.
- Unmold and serve.
