Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 3 oz. chopped corned beef
- 1/4 c. green pepper
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. pecans
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Method
- Blend cream cheese and milk; add beef, green pepper, onion and sour cream.
- Place in pie plate.
- Saute pecans in butter and sprinkle on top and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
- Serve with chips.
