Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked, diced chicken breast
  • 2 c. diced celery
  • 1/2 c. sliced, toasted almonds
  • 2 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 3 chopped, hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 small can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. crushed potato chips (dip chips)

Method

  • Mix first 9 items together and put in casserole.
  • Sprinkle top with cheese and potato chips.
  • Heat in oven for 25 minutes at 350°.
