Ingredients
- 1 large can corned beef
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 pkg. cooked pasta (elbows, shells)
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 lb. cubed Cheddar cheese
- 1 large can cream soup (any kind; I use mushroom or chicken)
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- In a large bowl, put cooked, drained pasta, flaked corned beef, onion and half of bread crumbs.
- Toss together.
- Add cubed cheese and mix with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour into casserole dish.
- Empty can of soup into bowl.
- Mix with a little water or milk to make smooth.
- Pour over pasta.
- Melt butter in pan and add rest of bread crumbs.
- Cook on low until toasted.
- Sprinkle over casserole.
- Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
