Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
- 1 Tbsp. shortening
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
- 1/4 c. chopped dill pickles
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 6 hamburger or hot dog buns, split and toasted
Method
- Break up corned beef and brown in shortening.
- Stir in soup, pickles and seasonings.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve on toasted buns.
- Yields 6 portions.
