Ingredients

  • cornbread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. celery, chopped
  • 2 medium onions
  • 3 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp. sage
  • 1 stick butter
  • 4 c. chicken or turkey broth

Method

  • Bake 2 medium pans of cornbread in oven on 400° until light brown.
  • When done, let cool for about 20 minutes.
  • Then in large pan, crumble cornbread; add butter and broth.
  • Mix well; add other ingredients.
  • Mix again and bake for about 30 minutes or until brown.
  • Serve when cooled and enjoy!
