- 6 oz. pkg. wild rice
- 10 1/2 oz. can cream of chicken soup
- 3 c. cooked chopped turkey
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 5 oz. can water chestnuts
- 3 oz. can chopped mushrooms
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 c. buttered soft bread crumbs
Method
- Cook rice mix.
- Add soup; add next 6 ingredients and 1 cup water; mix well.
- Put into 3-quart casserole.
- Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
