Ingredients
- 1 stick oleo, softened
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) Jiffy cornbread mix
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
Method
- Cream butter; cream eggs and sugar.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Put in buttered casserole dish.
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes in 350° oven.
