Ingredients
- 2 qt. cut corn (1 1/2 doz. ears)
- 1 qt. chopped cabbage
- 1 c. chopped red pepper
- 1 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 1 c. water
- 1 qt. vinegar
- 1 to 2 c. sugar
Method
- To prepare corn, boil 5 minutes.
- Cut from cob.
- Combine with remaining ingredients and simmer 20 minutes.
- Bring to boil.
- Pack in jars and process 15 minutes.
