Ingredients
- 1 can whole kernel corn, including liquid
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sour cream
- Parmesan cheese
Method
- Melt oleo in 10-inch square pan. Mix in other ingredients. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
