Ingredients
- 1 (No. 2) can green beans
- 1 (No. 2) can French cut beans
- 1 (No. 2) can red kidney beans
- 1 (No. 2) can baby lima beans
- 1 (No. 2) can wax beans
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. green onions with tops
Method
- Drain all beans well.
- Heat sugar and vinegar until sugar is dissolved.
- Add salt, oil and green onions.
- (I use dry onions.) Pour over drained beans and marinate for 24 hours.
