Ingredients
- 4 c. Kellogg's cornflakes crumbs
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 3 lb. frying chicken
Method
- Wash and dry chicken pieces.
- Crush cornflakes in fine crumbs. Mix crumbs with salt and pepper.
- Dip chicken pieces in milk, then roll in seasoned crumbs.
- Place chicken pieces, skin side up, in single layer in foil-lined pan.
- Do not crowd.
- Drizzle with melted margarine or butter.
- Bake in 350° oven about 1 hour.
- No need to turn chicken while cooking.
