Ingredients

  • 4 c. Kellogg's cornflakes crumbs
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 3 lb. frying chicken

Method

  • Wash and dry chicken pieces.
  • Crush cornflakes in fine crumbs. Mix crumbs with salt and pepper.
  • Dip chicken pieces in milk, then roll in seasoned crumbs.
  • Place chicken pieces, skin side up, in single layer in foil-lined pan.
  • Do not crowd.
  • Drizzle with melted margarine or butter.
  • Bake in 350° oven about 1 hour.
  • No need to turn chicken while cooking.
