Ingredients
- 1 (16 1/2 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 c. sour cream
Method
- Mix together, adding sour cream last.
- Bake in casserole dish for 1 hour at 350°.
