Ingredients
- 1 (3 to 4 lb.) fryer
- 1/4 tsp. seasoning salt
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 2 stalks celery (optional)
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. self-rising flour
Method
- Boil chicken with celery and seasoning salt until tender. Discard celery and remove chicken from the bones.
- Reserve 2 cups broth. Set aside.
