Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine (melted)
- 2 cans creamed corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
- 2 eggs
Method
- In a large bowl, add melted butter, creamed corn, whole kernel corn, corn muffin mix and eggs.
- Mix well.
- Pour into a 9 x 13 casserole dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- Left over easy to freeze.
- May be microwaved later and used.
