Ingredients

  • 12 slices bacon, crisply fried and crumbled
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 c. chopped onion
  • 2 c. milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. Bisquick
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Method

  • Heat oven to 400°.
  • Lightly grease 9 or 10-inch pie plate. Sprinkle onion, cheese and bacon over bottom of pie plate.
  • Beat remaining ingredients until smooth in blender on high speed or one minute with hand beater.
  • Pour into pie plate.
  • Bake until golden brown or knife inserted in middle comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes.
  • Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
  • Refrigerate remaining pie.
  • Makes 6 servings.
