Ingredients
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn
- 1/4 c. chopped pepper (hot)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 box corn muffin mix
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
Method
- Mix all together.
- Bake at 350° in a 9 x 13-inch casserole pan for 45 minutes.
