Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine, melted and cooled
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix (8 1/2 oz.)
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 large can creamed corn
- 1 large can whole kernel corn (undrained)
Method
- Mix all together and pour into greased casserole dish (2-quart size) and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
