Ingredients
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 c. flour
- 1 1/4 c. warm water
Method
- In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.
- Mix all other ingredients thoroughly in yeast water.
- Cover and let stand 8 hours or overnight.
- Knead well and make into rolls.
- Let rise 4 to 6 hours.
- Bake at 400° for 12 to 15 minutes.
