Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen Shoepeg corn, thawed
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 pt. whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp. flour
Method
- Melt butter; mix in flour to make paste.
- Put corn in baking dish; add cream and flour mixture to corn.
- Stir to mix.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
