Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. melted butter
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1/2 c. flour, sifted
- pinch of salt
- 1 c. pecans
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Beat eggs well.
- Add sugar, beat well.
- Dissolve cocoa in butter.
- Add to sugar and egg mixture.
- Add sifted flour and other ingredients.
- Pour in unbuttered pan and place in another pan of water.
- Bake 45 minutes until crisp on top at 350°.
- Cut into squares and serve with ice cream.
