Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. fresh spinach, wash and hand break leaves
  • 4 eggs, boiled and diced
  • 1 small pkg. frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 small red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 lb. bacon, fried and broken into pieces
  • American or light Cheddar, diced
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 8 oz. Miracle Whip

Method

  • In large bowl, layer ingredients:
  • 1/2 spinach, 1/2 peas, 1/2 eggs.
  • Separate onion rings.
  • Mix Miracle Whip and sour cream. Spread over top.
  • Seal edges.
  • Sprinkle cheese over top, cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Sprinkle bacon on top before mixing. Serve.
