Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 tsp. flour
- 3 tsp. cocoa
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. butter
Method
- Mix dry ingredients in iron skillet.
- Beat egg yolks and add eggs and milk to dry ingredients.
- Cook over medium to low heat, stirring constantly until thick.
- Add butter and vanilla.
- Pour in already baked pie crust.
- Top with meringue.
- Bake in oven at 350° for 10 to 20 minutes.
