Ingredients
- 1 can whole kernel corn with liquid
- 1 can creamed corn
- 2 eggs
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
Method
- Mix all ingredients together in a dish and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
