- 1 1/2 lb. halibut, swordfish or other boneless fish steak*
- 1 1/2 lb. potatoes
- 2 medium onions
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 5 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 garlic clove (raw)
- 4 sweet garlic cloves
- 4 medium tomatoes
- 4 Tbsp. bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper
- lemon
Method
- * If using swordfish, cut into size for 1 serving (portion) a piece.
