Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yellow rice
- 1 can Mexican corn
- 1 can celery soup
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- Cook rice according to directions.
- Drain corn and mix with soup in a bowl.
- Add rice to the soup and rice mixture and stir well.
- Pour in baking dish.
- Slice butter on top.
- Add cheese on top.
- Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until bubbling.
