- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen precooked shrimp
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, cooked and drained
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds
Method
- Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic salt and soy sauce.
- Allow to blend overnight.
- Add shrimp, peas, celery and onion.
- Chill. Just before serving, add noodles and almonds.
