Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
- 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 3/4 c. milk
Method
- Add the milk to the meal and mix thoroughly.
- Add the oil and stir.
- Spoon into a greased and preheated 8 x 4-inch pan or a similar pan or fill muffin tin cups half full.
- Bake at 450° for 20 to 25 minutes.
