Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. corn syrup
- 1/4 c. melted margarine
- 1 c. pecans
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Method
- Beat eggs in 2-quart bowl.
- Stir in sugar, syrup and melted margarine.
- Stir in pecans.
- Pour in unbaked pie shell.
- Bake at 375° for 35 minutes until filling is slightly firm.
- Center of pie will become firm when cool.
