Ingredients
- 2 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 can creamed corn
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1 stick butter
Method
- Mix ingredients together.
- Melt 1 stick butter.
- Add half of melted butter into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch sheet cake pan and spread evenly over bottom of pan.
- Pour corn mixture into pan.
- Let sit 10 minutes.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 400°.
