Ingredients
- 1 lb. carrots, sliced
- sliced onions
- sliced peppers
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. cider vinegar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire
- 1 can tomato sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Cook and cool carrots.
- Place carrots, onions and peppers in layers.
- Mix next seven ingredients well.
- Pour over vegetables and let stand overnight.
