Ingredients
- 2 c. chicken, cooked and chopped
- 1 bag frozen peas and carrots
- 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 can milk
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1/3 c. Bisquick
- 1/2 stick margarine
Method
- Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
- Mix 1 cup milk, 1 cup Bisquick and 1/2 stick margarine and pour over chicken mixture.
- Bake at 425° for 30 to 45 minutes.
- Makes its own crust!
